Pain

Talking to my friend about being hurt by people & not caring about it. I think being hurt by people's actions is normal. We are humans, not stones. But what we need to stop doing is letting the hurt paralyze us. Dwell on it for long periods or let it affects our temperament with the ones we love. Take that hurt and use that emotion positively. If you feel like crying, cry on the musollah. If you are angry, take a writing book, write it as a journal. Go for a walk. Work through the emotions.

I had mistaken it for love. When I realised that, I felt ashamed like the rumour say, so I ran. I don't want to hurt anyone so.

And again. I'm also afraid to being hurt by people.
